Job Summary

Support IT Asset Management across the EU by helping manage the lifecycle of end-user devices and subscriptions. Maintain accurate inventory records for laptops, phones, tablets, peripherals, and mobile/SIM plans; assist with onboarding/offboarding activities; and help with ordering, reimaging, packing, and shipping. Collaborate with IT Support, HR, Logistics, Procurement, and international IT teams, while working from the Amsterdam office on a defined asset-management project.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day management of end-user IT assets across the EU region.
•Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for devices and inventory, including laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and peripherals.
•Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing, collecting, and returning IT devices.
•Help with laptop ordering, reimaging, packing, and shipping.
•Support asset management processes by sending reminders, following up on returns/updates, and documenting processes for consistent use.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (MBO/HBO/WO) in IT, Information Management, Business IT & Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Well-organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
•Comfortable understanding and following processes accurately, including independently after initial onboarding.
•Interest in IT operations, asset management, inventory, or logistics.
