Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and improve QHSE management systems in line with standards and Alfa Laval policies.
•Support and verify compliance with QHSE legislation and customer requirements across products and processes.
•Regularly update risk assessments for equipment, plants, processes, and chemicals to minimize hazards.
•Develop and implement auditing processes, KPIs, training programs and SOPs to drive quality and safety improvements.
•Collaborate with line management and participate in continuous improvement projects to prevent injuries and environmental impacts.

Travel: High travel
