Appointment Setter

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling outbound outreach by phone and email, answering preliminary questions, and clearly communicating the value of coaching programs. Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments by managing the practitioner’s calendar, maintain an organised client/appointment database, and send timely confirmations and reminders. Work independently in a remote setting while collaborating to improve client intake and scheduling processes with confidentiality.
