Manufacturing and CI Manager

Own production output and ensure deliveries meet customer requirements. Manage production responsibilities and supervise production manpower to achieve targets, while tracking and improving losses from material waste, defects, and manpower leave. Implement and oversee preventive maintenance for machines and molds, and run working systems in accordance with ISO. Report production results to the Production Manager or Managing Director and stop production to correct quality issues as needed.
