Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute a sales and partnerships strategy by driving relationships with media agencies and curators.
  • •Present sales forecasts in CRM tools (Salesforce) and ensure forecasting methodology quality.
  • •Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key demand-side partners and act as primary contact for top-tier clients.
  • •Market Equativ’s product offerings, including managed services and programmatic solutions.
  • •Manage deal flow across agency media planning, partnership, and trading teams while collaborating with product, marketing, and customer support.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years delivering results in a sales or partnership development role within a digital ad tech company, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • •Proven experience working with DSPs, programmatic media-buying, or ad-tech platforms to scale demand-side revenue.
  • •Good knowledge of digital media and advertising technology, including emerging trends in the ad tech space.
  • •Existing networks in Japanese agencies.
  • •Fluent/native-level Japanese and business-level English to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence credibly at all organizational levels.
