Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate grants and contracts end-to-end, including development, management, closeout, invoicing tracking, and deliverables and reporting.
  • •Manage grant and contract data in multiple databases and SharePoint sites to support accurate reporting and analysis.
  • •Provide financial analysis, budgeting support, and synthesis to support team decision-making and portfolio monitoring.
  • •Monitor portfolio progress against payout targets and track programmatic goals and results in coordination with leadership.
  • •Act as primary liaison for grantee/vendor initiation, reporting, and closure, and support process/tool adoption and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • •Experience supporting and coordinating projects in highly matrixed teams.

  • •Ability to analyze data across multiple tools and databases.
  • •Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
