Lead dealership unit sales quotas and gross objectives across daily, monthly, and yearly targets while generating additional revenue by selling finance and insurance products. Forecast 90-day vehicle requirements, set unit and gross profit targets, handle rate quotations, and manage approvals and paperwork for finance deals. Meet daily with salespeople, run sales meetings, facilitate pre-delivery with the Service Manager, and provide on-the-job training for the sales team.
