Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and administer NEC, PSC and/or ECC contracts.
  • •Lead and develop project teams or workstreams and deliver results through others.
  • •Ensure high-quality delivery on client assignments with trusted advisor relationships.
  • •Coordinate with service line teams, account teams, and functional specialists; communicate effectively with senior client staff.
  • •Apply project controls disciplines (planning, risk, change) and ensure safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Project management certification (APM, IPM, or PRINCE2) and/or an engineering or construction degree/HND.
  • •NEC3 or NEC4 PM Accreditation.
  • •Knowledge and experience of CDM Regulations.
  • •Experience managing medium to large teams and engaging multiple stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
  • •Experience managing contractors, consultants, and other advisors on civil engineering projects.
