Job Summary

Embedded safety expert within the design team responsible for developing safety-focused learning content from concept to delivery. You will act as the primary safety SME, ensure content reflects real-world risks and industry best practices, mentor designers, and represent Pixaera in customer conversations to advance safety education across products and customers.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Own the development of safety-focused learning content from concept through delivery, partnering with designers and content creators to build engaging, behavior-changing training experiences
•Serve as the primary safety subject matter expert for the design team, reviewing content for accuracy, realism, and alignment with industry best practices
•Provide practical safety guidance throughout the content development process, helping teams reason from risk rather than compliance alone
•Support and mentor designers by building safety knowledge across the team and creating reusable guidance, frameworks, and best practices
•Represent Pixaera in customer-facing conversations, including sales support, customer workshops, and discussions with HSE leaders and stakeholders

Key Requirements

•NEBOSH Diploma, CMIOSH status, or equivalent Chartered-level safety qualification
•Experience translating safety knowledge into learning content, training programs, or instructional materials

•Strong practical experience assessing risk, investigating incidents, or supporting safety programs in operational environments
•Credible communicator able to engage with frontline practitioners and senior HSE stakeholders
