•Engineer integrations between Twilio Agent Connect (TAC), the Twilio Conversations suite, and hyperscaler AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure Foundry, GCP Vertex AI Agent Builder, Meta Business Agent).
•Support developers’ AI coding tool and agent builder workflows by applying practical modern software development expertise.
•Build technical partnerships with leading AI tool and cloud partner ecosystems to ensure Twilio APIs work seamlessly and accelerate customers’ time-to-market.
•Present Twilio’s technical roadmap and vision, consolidating field insights into structured inputs that shape R&D priorities.
•Enable sales and specialist teams with positioning, use cases, and technical roadmaps, and partner on customer discovery for enterprise design accounts.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of engineering experience with 8+ years in enterprise technology strategy, technical product management, cloud engineering, or executive consulting roles.
•Deep architectural understanding of major cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hands-on familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, cognitive services, and machine learning architectures.
•Strong technical background to discuss complex system architectures and integrate AI technologies.
•Ability to develop and execute long-term solution architectures, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives at enterprise scale.
•Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex concepts to technical developers and business executives.
