Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts across warehouse and kitchen processes, including safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure accurate order fulfillment and high-quality deliveries by executing orders correctly and communicating when issues arise.
  • •Guide Operations Associates during the shift, ensure safe and productive work, and act as the daily point of escalation.
  • •Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Able to work in a physical environment: stand/walk on the job and lift up to 50 lbs., with ability to operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
  • •Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma preferred but not required).
