Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
  • •Assess customer requirements and challenges, then propose security solution design and implementation solutions.
  • •Carry out presales functions including proposals, demos, and presentations as part of solution offerings.
  • •Prepare tender documents and support RFPs/RFIs and POC demos in NetOps.
  • •Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors, including on-site travel to upcountry areas.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Client-facing role experience supporting external customers with specific products.
  • •Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in oral and written form.
  • •Deep domain knowledge in Unified SASE (Secure Access Service Edge, SDWAN, Universal ZTNA, DLP) and Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
  • •Specialist experience contributing to NetOps technical strategies, designing solutions, and overseeing project delivery.
  • •Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
