Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design, automation, and operation of the PAM platform for consistent privileged access management at scale across multiple cloud environments.
  • •Develop deployment and upgrade strategies enabling zero-downtime rollouts, staged releases, and rapid rollback.
  • •Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and release workflows using GitHub Actions to deliver platform changes reliably across environments.
  • •Implement observability and reliability engineering (monitoring, logging, alerting) to improve performance, accelerate incident resolution, and reduce operational toil.
  • •Provide on-call support to troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive post-incident improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure delivering at enterprise scale.
  • •Expertise architecting and leading automation and platform delivery across multi-cloud/enterprise environments with deep knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • •Advanced containerization and Kubernetes skills across architecture, networking, storage, security, and operations.
  • •Strong CI/CD and release-workflow design for reliable, automated, compliant multi-environment deployments.
  • •Proficiency with infrastructure as code and configuration management (Terraform, Crossplane, Ansible) plus scripting/programming for automation (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
