Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and coordinate technical and financial proposals for wet utilities and infrastructure projects.
  • •Review tender documents, RFPs, specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • •Coordinate with internal departments, technical teams, and external partners to obtain inputs for proposal submissions.
  • •Ensure proposals comply with client requirements and company procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of relevant experience preparing technical and financial proposals and/or in the design of wet utilities/infrastructure projects.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •Ability to review technical documents, specifications, and tender requirements.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • •Proficient English (reading, writing, and communication) is mandatory.
