Job Summary

Own end-to-end recruiting for Nourish’s technical teams, partnering with TA, executive leaders, and EPDA to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Drive sourcing, screening, scheduling, and pipeline management while proactively engaging world-class talent through active and passive strategies. Help strengthen the employer brand and hiring process by introducing best practices and setting a gold-standard approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
•Partner with functional leaders and the broader TA team to understand hiring needs and execute recruiting processes.
•Deliver a transparent, considerate, and timely candidate experience.
•Proactively attract and engage talent through active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, and networks.
•Strengthen Nourish’s employer brand and hiring process by introducing new ideas and best practices.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1+ year of technical recruiting experience.
•Experience working at an early-stage startup with fast growth.
•Enjoy end-to-end ownership of the hiring process, from sourcing through signing.
•A track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing candidate quality.
•Data, systems, and process orientation with expertise in leading TA tools.
