Job Summary

Lead the Customer Trust function and build a high-performing, cross-time-zone team that answers customer security inquiries and supports the GTM team with accurate responses. Own scalable AI- and automation-driven workflows to improve response efficiency, quality, and velocity. Establish KPIs, manage the Trust Center and security/regulatory knowledge base, and partner with Product Security and Legal to align security positioning and customer needs while helping win complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the GTM team and customers on security questions, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
•Leverage AI and internal tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the response process by building scalable workflows that reduce manual overhead.
•Establish and report KPIs for the Customer Trust function, tracking response velocity, answer quality, team impact, and influence on sales outcomes.
•Manage the Trust Center and maintain a security and regulatory knowledge base; support GTM thought leadership for complex security discussions.
•Collaborate with Product Security, Legal, and GTM/Sales to align on security positioning, product roadmaps, and evolving customer requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,900 - 278,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in Information Security, Customer Trust, Technical Program Management, or Management Consulting, with experience building compliance programs.
•Audit and compliance background (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) and comfort communicating control capabilities to customers.
•Exceptional customer/client service skills, including explaining the “why” behind customer concerns and communicating technical/regulatory topics to non-technical stakeholders.
•1-2+ years using AI models or automation to drive program efficiencies such as automating knowledge base management or response drafting.
•Strong analytical skills with experience establishing dashboards and reporting on performance metrics to leadership.
