Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Account Executives and Sales to lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
  • •Design and implement customized fraud detection workflows using AI-driven behavioral intelligence and risk signals.
  • •Lead technical onboarding, API integrations, and deployment of Alterya into customer environments.
  • •Collaborate with customer fraud, risk, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • •Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing solution guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
  • •Own Proof of Concepts (POCs) end to end, including planning, defining success criteria, execution, and completion.
  • •Experience working with fraud prevention, financial crime, payments, banking, fintech, or cryptocurrency solutions.
  • •Integrate SaaS platforms using APIs and support technical implementations.
  • •Strong understanding of fraud detection, transaction monitoring, AML, scam prevention, and/or risk management concepts.
