Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the project cost management team in providing construction cost management services to clients.
  • •Assist with pre-contract duties including cost modelling and cost planning, benchmarking, value and risk analysis, and life cycle costing.
  • •Support procurement tasks, managing tender processes, and compilation of contract documentation.
  • •Assist with post-contract duties including attendance at site progress meetings, completion of valuations, and financial reporting.
  • •Help review and manage change control procedures and support due diligence reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying (minimum 2:1 or equivalent), preferably RICS accredited.
  • •0 to 2 years’ experience (relevant work experience is an advantage).
  • •Willing and able to work towards professional qualification with SCSI/RICS.
  • •Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) and good report writing skills.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and to work independently while collaborating with the team.
