Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in and lead audits for Consumer, Private & Business Banking segments across FAB Group and international network jurisdictions.
  • •Ensure audits are executed per the Annual Plan objectives and complete work programs efficiently on schedule.
  • •Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • •Maintain audit universe, perform risk assessments of process streams, and establish/update audit programs in the central audit management tool.
  • •Draft and finalize audit reports, agree documented management action plans with unit management, and follow up on pending audit issues; report timely and accurately to Group requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in an international bank or Big 4.
  • •Working knowledge of Consumer, Private & Business Banking activities, processes, and associated risks.
  • •Working knowledge of bank and audit policies/procedures and (where relevant) Central Bank regulations.
  • •Good analytical and verbal/written communication skills; self-directed and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
