Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement scheduling best practices and report trends internally and externally.
  • •Create, analyze, and oversee project schedules in Primavera P6 for a portfolio of projects.
  • •Review and apply engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic and build schedules from limited information through closeout.
  • •Maintain schedule integrity by working with project managers and construction firms; monitor and communicate risks that could delay delivery.
  • •Produce monthly progress reports and lookaheads (1, 3, and 6 months) from P6 for reporting; support SOX controls when applicable.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •5-7 years of applicable experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects.
  • •Prior experience building a complex master schedule.
  • •Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
  • •Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction contracting, with strong communication skills.
