Fractional HR Generalist

Own the operational core of HR as a fractional generalist for a fully remote, 55-person performance marketing company. You’ll run and back up end-to-end payroll in Rippling, administer benefits and equity across multiple vendors, and handle compliance needs (including E-Verify and state tracking). You’ll also audit the HR tech stack, build automations and workflows, document recurring processes in Tango, and support recruiting onboarding and team access issues.
