Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial service functions such as opening, closing, and maintaining checking, savings, time deposit, and individual retirement accounts.
  • •Resolve client questions and problems by listening, collecting data, and providing accurate answers while maintaining privacy of customer information.
  • •Identify sales and referral opportunities by profiling clients and offering bank products, including cross-selling credit cards.
  • •Process new accounts and changes to existing accounts (e.g., names, addresses, product changes) and complete requested customer file maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete Personal Banker Mentor Program or Personal Banker Learning Plan (and Teller Learning Plan if applicable).
  • •Training requirements include Caller Identification Process and Secure code, BPM Training (I-IV), DocuSign training, and fraud/risk management training.
