Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide compliance advisory to the business by advising on and interpreting rules, acting as key point of contact for the business.
  • •Serve as SME for designated areas including Debt Capital Markets, Derivatives and Foreign Exchange, providing input on regulatory projects and initiatives.
  • •Investigate potential or actual breaches and advise on remediation or escalation as needed.
  • •Collaborate with SMFG entities globally and with regulators, auditors and compliance functions to ensure adherence to local and head office requirements.
  • •Support Front, Middle and Back office stakeholders, with a focus on Front office activities (DCM, Fixed Income, Derivatives).
