Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Visa’s sponsorship platform management, including strategic planning, event operations, and hospitality to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • •Lead contract and rights governance, including asset allocation decisions and fulfillment across markets and client priorities.
  • •Develop and maintain a multi-year partnership strategy and roadmap with performance objectives and activation principles.
  • •Provide senior point-of-contact governance for rights usage, activations, approvals, escalation ownership, and risk management.
  • •Partner with Visa Brand & Content, Marketing Services, Merchant Partnerships, and client marketing teams to deliver marketing campaigns and meet ROI/marketing effectiveness measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge and experience in global sponsorships, specifically entertainment where possible.
  • •University degree in marketing or a relevant business curriculum.
  • •Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Self-starter comfortable working independently, highly detail oriented, and able to drive results.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent interpersonal and communication skills with client relationship experience preferred.
