Key Responsibilities

  • •Own licensing and user dataset end to end for sourcing, reconciling, de-duplicating, cleaning, and keeping it audit-clean.
  • •Build automated Viva Insights pipelines and reporting to replace manual extraction and reconciliation.
  • •Support AI value measurement from data capture through to benefit numbers reported to sponsors.
  • •Maintain Cowork licence cost and funding models, documenting assumptions and building cost models for new capabilities.
  • •Prototype automations and prototypes using Python and Microsoft tools, run pilots/UAT with documented evidence, and triage new AI releases in Frontier Lab with governance escalation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Microsoft AZ-900 and DP-900 (or equivalent) cloud and data fundamentals.
  • •Ability to reconcile messy, multi-source data (HR, tenant, licensing) into a decision-ready dataset for senior management.
  • •Strong Excel and data-handling skills, with Power BI capability or the aptitude to reach it quickly.
  • •Analytical curiosity and strong problem framing from stakeholders’ perspectives, offering options with evidence.
  • •Evidence-led communication and a track record of absorbing new tooling quickly to produce working outputs within weeks.
