Store Manager

Lead day-to-day operations of a Columbia retail store, driving exceptional customer experiences through coaching, development, and performance of associates and keyholders. Own store standards, front- and back-house execution, inventory/shrink control, and recruiting strategy. Manage operating budgets and expense control to meet profitability targets, while forecasting staffing needs and executing marketing and promotional directives. Communicate regularly with the Area/District Manager and maintain accurate store records.
