Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Child Safety Leads and Specialists, ensuring daily operational effectiveness, goal-setting, and team wellness.
  • •Coach and mentor team members and devise development plans.
  • •Manage escalations of child safety requests, liaising with Legal, Policy, Product, Government Relations, and Law Enforcement Operations.
  • •Identify risks and issues across the business and create proactive programs and processes, including regular stakeholder reporting.
  • •Enhance operational workflows through process improvements and automation opportunities while driving innovation in best practices and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience working with Trust & Safety issues with an emphasis on child safety and online abuse.
  • •5+ years of management experience leading operational and cross-regional teams.
  • •Experience handling law enforcement child safety investigations and engaging with law enforcement.
  • •Experience reviewing sensitive content as part of removal flow calibrations and escalation management.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects and devising team strategies, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
