  • •Own product launch narratives for new Pallet features and products, translating technical capabilities into clear customer value.
  • •Create sales enablement materials, including demo scripts, objection handling frameworks, and deal collateral.
  • •Build and maintain Pallet’s market narrative and positioning across customer segments.
  • •Establish and run the product launch process, coordinating across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • •Develop a pipeline of customer case studies that support enterprise sales conversations.
