Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site operational support and execute infrastructure projects, including server relocations and hardware installations.
  • •Respond to daily ticket-based requests for hands-on, primarily hardware-related support within defined SLAs.
  • •Relocate equipment between racks or data center locations by safely unracking, uncabling, transporting, and reinstalling hardware.
  • •Install servers, network and security equipment, and structured cabling in compliance with industry standards.
  • •Handle equipment failures/alerts and coordinate with third-party vendors for delivery and installation of racks, power systems, network gear, and cabling.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience working in data centers, including coordinating service provisioning and equipment installations with data center and network vendors.
  • •Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting server hardware, network circuits, and cables, including structured cabling standards.
  • •Experience in project coordination within data center environments.
  • •Experience with inventory control and remote hands coordination.
  • •Proficiency spoken and written in Dutch and English, plus proficiency with Google Workspace (complex spreadsheets and shared documentation).
