Key Responsibilities

•Optimize TikTok LIVE monetization and contribute to the LIVE experience for global users.
•Build prediction/uplift neural network models to improve LIVE feature intelligence.
•Mine and analyze potential crowds to improve ROI operations for both LIVE streamers and watchers.
•Perform detailed analysis on user and system data to identify user experience optimization opportunities.
•Participate in product/business discussions to understand user behavior patterns and provide optimization directions for the overall business.

Key Requirements

•Familiar with C/C++ and Python development, and Linux multi-threaded/multi-process development.
•Experience with machine learning/deep learning algorithms such as boosting, DNN, and reinforcement learning.
•Strong math foundation (probability, statistics, numerical optimization) and data-driven problem solving.
•Familiar with at least one big data framework such as Flink, Spark, or Hive with parallel processing experience.
•Preferred: experience with large-scale recommendation, advertising systems, or search engines; plus experience with game/e-commerce value strategy and user psychology research.
