Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services (HVAC) for data centres and other complex facilities
•Take ownership of technical quality, coordination, and documentation across projects
•Develop solutions that support high availability, redundancy, and energy efficiency in mission‑critical environments
•Work directly with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to drive successful outcomes
•Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
•8+ years’ experience in building services consulting
•Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems and mechanical services design
•Experience delivering complex or large-scale projects (data centre or mission-critical experience highly regarded)
•Chartered / CPEng (or working towards) highly regarded
