Sr. Business Analyst - Change Management

Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic, regulatory, and operational initiatives within Operational Governance for the Investments and Distribution Services organization. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria, perform data analysis and root-cause assessments, and translate business needs into executive-ready outputs. Build and maintain project plans, manage risks and governance controls, and support change management, communications, KPIs/KRIs, and reporting in a fast-paced global environment.
