Key Responsibilities

  • •Track receiving inventory and maintain shipping/receiving records from start to finish.
  • •Run daily cycle counts and physical inventories; manage inventory related verification, counts, and lot tracking.
  • •Transfer/receive POs in SAP and assure proper labeling of goods and pallets.
  • •Assist in barcoding and placarding pallets coming off the production line; handle product issues and returns.
  • •Operate warehouse equipment, report malfunctions/potential hazards, and prepare daily/weekly reports and end-of-shift summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of stand-up forklift experience.
  • •WMS experience (SAP and/or JUMP) plus ability with computers/software programs (Microsoft Suite such as Excel).

  • •Basic math and strong reading ability; able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Administrative/warehouse administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with attention to accuracy and food safety compliance (GMPs/USDA/HACCP).
