Job Summary

Act as the primary quality interface with the supply base, leading supplier assessments, first article inspection, source inspection, problem resolution, and continuous improvement activities. Manage supplier performance and development for in-country subcontractors in Poland; coordinate with Raytheon teams and customers; travel within Poland up to 75% to support suppliers while upholding Raytheon quality standards.

•Interpret quality requirements and assist suppliers in the development of robust processes
•Ensure flow down of requirements internally and to sub-tier suppliers
•Assess/develop supplier’s quality capabilities throughout the product life cycle
•Identify and correct systemic performance issues
•Implement effective Root Cause Corrective Action

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience
•Experience with Supplier Quality Management working with suppliers to understand and develop products to Raytheon and customer requirements
•Experience with commercial and aerospace/defense regulations and/or standards (AS9100, AS9102, ISO-9000, ISO-9001, AS9145)
•Experience with Military/Defense or Aerospace Industry specifications/standards
•Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
