Implementation Project Manager

Lead end-to-end implementations of Configure Digital for financial services clients, coordinating planning, configuration, training, testing, and go-live. Serve as the primary client point of contact from kickoff through post-implementation warranty support. Manage multiple concurrent projects while aligning delivery to client business needs, scope, timeline, and budget. Oversee documentation, configuration updates, readiness activities, and connectivity testing to meet acceptance criteria and ensure strong client experience.
