•Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Open Mainframe Solutions and initiatives aligned to value stream goals.
•Advocate between market/business requirements and R&D for Open Mainframe initiatives internally and externally.
•Prioritize features by translating customer needs into functional stories and exploring opportunities including AI/ML.
•Identify and remove roadblocks across cross-functional teams to support quality and timely delivery.
•Lead go-to-market initiatives, measure success via KPIs, present strategy to executive stakeholders, and maintain customer relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,800 - 198,000 annually

•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

•Deep technical knowledge of solutions built with open technologies such as Linux, Git, and Python.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
