Network Support Senior Specialist

Oversee the operational performance, availability, and scalability of enterprise network services across data centers, branch offices, cloud environments, and remote users. Manage complex LAN/WAN environments (routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, wireless), lead incident escalation with end-to-end root cause analysis, and deploy/optimize network monitoring tools. Coordinate security best practices with cybersecurity/compliance teams, execute maintenance and migrations, and contribute to network design and architectural decisions while mentoring junior staff.
