Job Summary

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for a full shift and managing facility performance against targets for production, cost, and quality. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center and plan production for a full shift.
•Manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
•Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and drive action plans with site leadership.
•Conduct weekly site performance reviews, reporting performance versus targets, challenges, and countermeasures.
•Guide daily site manager huddles and support continuous improvement projects and process changes while fostering leader development.

Key Requirements

•Open to relocation, ideally nationwide but at minimum regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
•8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
•Experience leading a team of over 50 associates with a track record of developing employees.
•Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
