Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily production planning and execution to meet client requirements and established production standards.
  • •Monitor and control quality and safety processes per manufacturing instructions and quality standards; drive a zero-incident culture.
  • •Manage line inventory (raw and in-process), ensure Just-in-Time standards, and avoid overdue orders through load plan compliance.
  • •Supervise and monitor hourly personnel, including absenteeism management, conflict management, disciplinary actions, recognitions, and compliance with corporate/plant standards.
  • •Lead IIoT responsibilities (Tier meetings, dashboard metric reviews, corrective/preventive actions) and support TDM/PDES usage and shop-floor connectivity.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with complex manufacturing processes, focused on Punch Press and Plating.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (other technical bachelor’s degrees may be considered).
  • •English/Spanish proficiency in speaking and writing.
  • •Computer literacy and supervisory experience across non-skilled, semi-skilled, and technical staff.
