Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide RA registration authority support for Fort Eisenhower NETCOM PKI operations, including updates to plans and procedures.
  • •Provide PKI token and certificate support for Army networks across NIPR and SIPR requirements, including controlled distribution of NIPR/SIPR tokens.
  • •Manage production and issuance of NEATS and SIPR PKI tokens using government-provided applications and peripherals.
  • •Maintain trusted agent lifecycle support and assist with end-user PKI training and resolution of user certificate issues as a liaison.
  • •Maintain PKI logs and records, perform metric collection/reporting, update PKI documentation/templates, support compliance audit tasks, and troubleshoot customer issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience working in Information Technology.
  • •BS and experience working with DoW Public Key Infrastructure certificates (preferred).
  • •Preferably 3+ years of experience on an IT service helpdesk (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
  • •Active Secret clearance (required to currently possess).
  • •Security+ CE certification.
