Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
  • •Extract, transform, and analyze operational data from various systems and databases.
  • •Track and analyze operational metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and process optimization opportunities.
  • •Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and reporting platforms.
  • •Automate recurring reporting workflows using advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, or basic scripting; collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance to resolve data needs and issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • •3-4 years of experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or Operations Reporting role.
  • •Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and Macros/VBA.
  • •Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with clear communication and presentation of insights.
