Key Responsibilities

  • •Strengthen regulatory policy, legal frameworks, governance, and institutional development for national regulatory authorities.
  • •Improve regulatory oversight of manufacturing through GMP inspections, licensing system strengthening, and manufacturer readiness support.
  • •Strengthen QMS/PQS and perform dossier assessments (CTD, PQ, diagnostics, and devices), supporting reliance and collaborative procedures.
  • •Enhance laboratory capacity and readiness for accreditation (including ISO/IEC 17025) and support testing methodologies and data governance.
  • •Support local production ecosystem strengthening, technology transfer pathway readiness (TRL 4–7), and coordinate technical assistance missions and partner alignment outputs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7,000 - 12,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum a Master’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, law, regulatory affairs, public health, biomedical engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • •Category A & B technical specialists: 7+ years of experience.
  • •Senior coordination experts: 10+ years of experience.
  • •Strong analytical, facilitation, and report-writing skills with knowledge of WHO quality assurance standards.
  • •Expert knowledge of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is desirable.
