Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide intensive customer service for USV systems in your region, starting from home
  • •Perform phone-based troubleshooting to determine the current state during faults
  • •Install and commission USV systems
  • •Diagnose faults, repair, and maintain electronic components and Eaton USV systems per manufacturer instructions
  • •Manage spare parts, self-schedule deployments, document activities, handle customer complaints, and conduct on-site customer training

Key Requirements

  • •Completed electrical training with work experience in electrical engineering, especially in low-voltage networks up to 400 VAC
  • •Knowledge of USV products plus service experience

  • •Good PC skills and German and English proficiency, with flexibility and willingness to travel
