Manage day-to-day last-mile/field operations for a Trendyol Express branch, ensuring shipments are assigned by zone, handoffs to partners are completed and controlled, and operational execution stays seamless. Oversee team management and performance tracking, monitor branch KPIs and 6S–ISG compliance, handle supplies and distribution planning, and coordinate returns/sort processes while addressing customer requests and internal communication with carriers.
