Lead Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) execution across high-rise residential tower projects, from site work through testing, commissioning, and handover. Oversee execution against approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards, reviewing shop drawings and technical submittals. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, while liaising with authorities such as DEWA, DCD, and DIEZ to secure approvals and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and supervise all MEP activities from execution through testing, commissioning, and project handover.
•Monitor site execution to ensure MEP works follow approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
•Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to support smooth MEP delivery.
•Review and monitor MEP shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
•Lead testing, commissioning, inspection, handover, and liaise with authorities including DEWA, DCD, and DIEZ to obtain approvals and ensure statutory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
•Degree must be MOFA attested.
•Minimum 8–12 years of MEP execution experience within the UAE.
•Proven experience delivering high-rise residential towers (30+ floors).
•Hands-on experience with DEWA, DCD, DIEZ, and other government authorities.
