  • •Own the product end to end: strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration tied to business outcomes.
  • •Improve agent efficiency by running experiments on voice, cadence, and script, and using evals to prove changes before shipping.
  • •Build with AI as the primitive—prototype and wire agents into the product to ship faster than a small team.
  • •Turn service-based onboarding into a scalable product, reducing manual hand-configuration for new banks.
  • •Lead engineers and data scientists with an inspiring, outcomes-focused approach to problem solving.
