Ensure every vehicle meets CarMax quality standards by performing paint preparation and expert body repair work, including masking, sanding, grinding, and primer/refinish application. Repair cosmetic and structural issues, including plastic/substrate damage, and conduct post-paint refinishing and defect correction. Occasionally support other reconditioning roles, maintain specialized equipment, follow EH&S requirements, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform expert body repairs, including masking, sanding, and grinding.
•Apply primer and refinish paint surfaces to meet CarMax standards.
•Remove and replace parts as needed for cosmetic and structural integrity.
•Repair plastic and substrate damage with precision and care.
•Conduct post-paint refinishing, defect correction, and maintain and repair specialized equipment while following EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean work area.

Salary: USD 24.53 - 37.9 hourly
