Client Relationship Consultant 1

Build strong relationships with customers by proactively reaching out and engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products, including digital and self-service tools. Deliver an optimal client experience by greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, and submitting credit applications. Partner with branch teams to ensure operational excellence and accuracy.
