•Run the local Carvana hub and oversee market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, team engagement, and ongoing success.
•Be a continuous positive force to build morale and spirit throughout the team.
•Help interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates; provide tools, resources, and guidance for success.
•Develop team performance through feedback, performance check-ins, goal-setting, and recognition of accomplishments.
•Generate and monitor regular reports and present them to upper management; address complex, sensitive customer-facing issues and jump in as needed.
