Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration architecture and technical discovery across Remote and partner APIs, including data mapping, flows, and compliance considerations.
  • •Prioritize integration and app work based on customer needs, product impact, feasibility, operational complexity, and repeatability.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional delivery between engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales, CX, and partners; translate requirements into technical specs and unblock progress.
  • •Ensure quality and reliability for data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability in real workflows.
  • •Measure integration impact with KPIs and convert integration learnings into repeatable patterns, reference architectures, playbooks, and product feedback.
